Aged in 15% new French oak and the rest in 5–7-year-old neutral barrels, this wine strikes a beautiful balance of ripeness and crisp, food-loving aromatics. Think oysters, stone crabs, mac ‘n cheese, or a killer Cuban sandwich. Only 275 cases produced.

Cool nights, sun-soaked vines, and meticulous vineyard care deliver the ripeness, balance, and crisp aromatics that beg for food—think oysters, pizza, or anything fried. Aged in old neutral oak, with just 55 cases produced.

This bold blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah is farmed without pesticides, with precision and purpose. Naturally fermented and aged in neutral French barrels, it’s redolent of hoisin, smoked meats, and black trumpet mushrooms, bursting with spicy dark berries. Built to crush alongside BBQ, curries, brisket, or fried chicken. Only 140 cases produced.
