 Et Fille Willamette Valley Chardonnay is a bright, clean 100% Chardonnay from the Eola Amity Hills AVA, fermented in stainless steel. This wine comes from a cool single vineyard Influenced by winds from the Van Duzer Corridor, it showcases pure fruit and minerality. This versatile wine, with notes of kefir lime, banana cream pie, and lemon bar, pairs well with various occasions and foods without being overpowering.

 Et Fille Fairsing Vineyard Chardonnay has a savory aroma of cashew, cumin, and white pepper with a flavor of buttered corn on the cob. It has a lush texture and long finish that asks to be paired with shrimp or clam linguini to complement the flinty minerality and rich character.

Et Fille Gamay Noir lighter-bodied complements any grilled dish beautifully, yet it is equally enjoyable on its own. With enticing aromas of black cherry yogurt and burnt caramel, it offers a palate rich in cherries and a hint of pepper. This Gamay, crafted in the Cru style, boasts a delightful complexity.  

 Et Fille Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a blend from various vineyards in the Willamette Valley, including Dundee Hills, Yamhill-Carlton, and Eola-Amity Hills. The winemaking process combines a scientific, hypothesis-driven approach with artistic creativity, resulting in unexpected combinations. The goal is to showcase the complexity of the Willamette Valley and authentically represent the vintage.

The Heredity Pinot Noir is a reserve blend from Et Fille, crafted by handpicking their favorite barrels from a particular vintage. They blend these selections to enhance the wine's aroma and mouthfeel, allowing for adjustments until they achieve a creation that captures the vintage's essence in a harmonious and intricate way.

 Et Fille has produced Pinot Noir from Kalita Vineyard since 2004, with increasing complexity and richness each year. Located in the Yamhill-Carlton District of Oregon, the vineyard features a bowl-shaped landscape at elevations of 400-800 feet. This bold wine offers captivating aromas of cherries, cola, rose petal, and herbed goat cheese, with flavors of black cherry and dried herbs. It boasts a rich density and a long, concentrated finish.
